What is Laser Tattoo Removal?
Our laser machine sends a very short laser beam through the top layers of the skin into the dermis and the targeted areas of tattoo. The beam heats up and shatters the ink into macromolecules which then allows the pigment to be easily eliminated through the body over the next 5-6 weeks.

How many treatments do i need?
3-5 treatments are required to fade the tattoo and 6-10 to remove it completely.
Your technician will be able to determine the expected treatments required.

Can you use numbing cream?
Numbing cream is recommended & if used, needs to be applied a minimum of 45mins prior to your appointment. Ideally 60mins prior works best. To help the numbing cream absorb, wrap the area to be treated in cling wrap.
If you wish to take pain relief medication, only take what you would normally use for something like a headache, about an hour before appointment. (Please avoid anti-inflammatories e.g. Nurofen or anything with ibuprofen).
